1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Senyas ships worldwide. All apparel and art prints are fulfilled and shipped through Printful’s global network. Digital products are delivered instantly to customers anywhere in the world.

2. How long does shipping take?

United States: Most items arrive within 5–10 business days.International: Delivery times vary by region but typically range from 7–21 business days. Tracking will be provided as soon as the order ships.

3. Why does my order arrive in separate packages?

Many of our products are print-on-demand, meaning items may be produced in different facilities. You may receive your items in multiple shipments, depending on the products you ordered.

4. What is your return policy?

Because our apparel and prints are produced on demand, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will make it right. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. International orders may show limited tracking depending on the country.

6. Do you accept returns for digital products?

No. All digital books and downloads are final sale and delivered instantly.

7. I entered the wrong address — can I fix it?

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will try to update the address before production begins. After that point, we cannot guarantee changes.

8. Do you offer local pickup or local delivery?

Not at this time. All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners.

9. Do you create custom designs or personal requests?

Not at this time. Our collections are created intentionally and released in curated drops.

10. Where can I learn more about your books and art?

Visit our Books & Manuscripts and Art Collections pages. Each project includes background details, story notes, and descriptions. The Senyas Blog will also feature updates and behind-the-scenes content.

11. My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive anything.

Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.

12. Will I have to pay customs fees for international orders?

Depending on your country’s laws, you may be charged duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not controlled by Senyas and must be paid by the customer.
