Print-On-Demand Items (Apparel & Art Prints)

All Senyas apparel and art prints are produced on demand. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Accidental orders

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products

All digital items (ebooks, downloads, etc.) are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim or issuing a replacement based on carrier confirmation.

Return Address

Printful’s fulfillment centers handle returns for damaged or defective items.
A PO Box for correspondence will be added once available.
